I love this blog entry. I have been watching that new show called Jamie Oliver&#039;s Food Revolution. The obesity rate in America is astounding and I think that people slip into daily routines of eating poorly and they find themselves too far into obesity to work their way out. Your tips and links offering weight loss tips are great. I also think that warm weather should help people get back into shape and take advantage of the outdoors. It can seem impossible but even when at work people can find ways to lose calories. I read an article in Glamour magazine that showed how just practicing good posture while at your desk can help reduce calorie intake. Thanks for your insight I enjoyed reading!
